Yes! Planet OffRoad LLC offers a 30-day guarantee for most products purchased from Gearlanders or Wakelanders. From the date your order is delivered, you have 30 days to return items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging. Do I Need a Return Authorization Number (RMA)?
Yes, a valid RMA number is required for all returns. This helps our warehouse team identify and process your return efficiently, ensuring a smooth refund or replacement. Without an RMA, returns may be delayed or rejected.

How Soon Can I Get a Replacement or Exchange?
